Heavy lunar construction vehicle.
Polar
exploration vehicle from the Meshula Institute's 1942 expedition. This expedition
was funded in secret by a British government in an effort to beat the Nazis
to the opening at the top of the Earth, should such a thing prove to exist.
It didn't. Unlike the ill-fated Nazi expedition, they did reach the North Pole.
What they did find had implications many years later once a theoretical basis
of understanding it was finally worked out.
